A wonderful piece of fresh news from Škocjanski zatok – the Black headed Gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) has built its nest on our islets in the middle of the brackish lagoon! So far, we’ve counted two nests, and it’s very likely that another pair will join them soon.
