As of Friday, 27 June 2025, the Visitor Center will operate with reduced hours:
open from Tuesday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The center will be closed on Mondays.

The Škocjanski Zatok Nature Reserve remains open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Due to high summer temperatures, we recommend visiting early in the morning or later in the evening. Don’t forget a hat (cap or sunhat) and enough water.

The Visitor Center’s hours are expected to be extended again in the second half of August. Thank you for your understanding.
